Having recently recovered from a road accident – Sarah, a Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach, understands how daunting it can be to start to exercise again after a long period of inactivity, or post injury. Sarah can help you with exercise for rehabilitation and get you back on the road to recovery and fitness. Improving mental health and self confidence is a key focus for her. She believes it is the most important thing physical exercise can give you.

“I deliver a unique approach to training, just for women. I am into fitness for many reasons – largely because it makes me feel better. Not just physically but mentally & emotionally too. I have more energy, increased confidence & wellbeing from keeping active. I just feel better & want to help other women to feel the same. I have a studio in my home where I can train you in a private, relaxed & comfortable space. I train women of all shapes, sizes, ages & levels of ability. I am friendly, supportive & nurturing. I will help you get to where you want to be.

  • Help with your general health & fitness.
  • Help you plan & train for an event.
  • Provide specialist pre & postnatal training.
  • Run coaching programme, getting you from the sofa to 5K & beyond.
  • Small group training sessions, from 2 people to 6 people – exercising in a group is both sociable & fun, it can really help you stick to your goals.
  • We also offer a new weekly boot camp at The Grove – every Friday morning from 09:30 – 10:30.
