With its seriously good sourdough pizzas, it is easy to see why Franco Manca has earned a cult following and just when we thought they were done dazzling us at dinner time, they go and introduce their ‘Piccirillo’ menu for the little ones. These smaller Franco Manca sourdough pizzas use exactly the same ingredients and are made by hand.

Franco Manca is a Neapolitan pizza restaurant with a new restaurant in Muswell Hill. A truly authentic dining experience. Franco Manca was built on the belief that to be truly enjoyed, food needs to be made with integrity and fresh ingredients. Uniquely, this wonderful establishment champions the classic Neapolitan pizza-making process from the late 18th century and is a pioneer in the UK. Working with artisans to build its pizza ovens and training local producers to create its ingredients. Serious food for the soul, their pizzas are cooked in a wood-burning oven. Their minimum 20 hour slow-risen sourdough bases are topped with high-quality ingredients like homemade mozzarella, organic tomato and cured organic chorizo, resulting in a genuine Neapolitan-style pizzas.

So aside from the above, why do we love Franco Manca? After a long day there is nothing more warming that setting down to one of Franco Manca’s wholesome pizzas, a treat for all the family and a guaranteed (well deserved) relaxing dinner time for mum.
